As May's Session meeting concluded. I felt sadness for the Elders and Deacons who have completed their commitment. Thankful for the faith, energy and time they have given for the past three or six years. This group of leaders, along with others before them and the group of leaders who are continuing with another term, have all been Mission del Sol's rock in a long season of changes. Families are invited to join us to complete our activity bags for kids on their first night in a homeless shelter. We will deliver bags to Family Promise and have some fun activities with the kids there. This will be our last gathering until the fall. Friends are invited!

Final end of the year get-together! We will go to Octane Raceway and have lunch together. This will be the last C.R.E.W. event until the Urban Summer Mission Trip starting June 12.

This is our Adult Sunday School class based on current events and the Bible. As usual, we will send the lesson out on Thursday or Friday with the Zoom link. What is the role of the church in the world? Join a group for young adult women and moms every third Tuesday to reorient our lives on gratitude. We use a guided journal to help us reflect about different focuses of gratitude each month.

In partnership with Montlure and the East Valley Presbyterian Churches, we will be hosting Traveling Day Camp this year. This is a camp experience for our younger kids from 9 am - 3 pm with an extended day option until 5 pm. Cost is $100/week plus $10/week for extended day. Scholarships available.
