To help combat the teacher shortage, Pennsbury School District (across the river in Pennsylvania) has partnered with BloomBoard to invest in and nurture the talented and dedicated support staff already working within the district through its Grow Our Own Program. This on-the-job program enables district paraeducators to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education while they work, keeping classrooms staffed and minimizing disruptions.
