Chief Education Officers - Encourage Professional Development for Your Executive Administrative Assistant

In today's fast-paced work environment, Executive Administrative Assistants (EAAs) play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. NJASA supports chief education officers in encouraging these professionals to advance their skills and take on greater responsibilities. The result is a collaborative and supportive work environment where EAAs learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact to a school district.

An NJASA EAA membership provides invaluable resources such as networking opportunities, and access to industry-specific knowledge that focuses on planning and organization, open communications, task delegation, and professional development.

NJASA Encourages You to Join Today as an EAA Member.

In Case You Missed It!

Updating the NJASA Advisory Network

In 2023, NJASA created the NJASA Advisory Network as a platform for members to connect with other members. This network of successful, experienced superintendents and other central office leaders offers support to peers by answering inquiries about common challenges of school and district operations.

NJASA is looking to enhance and expand the network and is asking for your assistance in completing a short survey reporting your extraordinary experiences from a predetermined checklist. To complete the brief survey, click here

Thank you for your interest and commitment to support NJASA Members! Please email Frank Borelli, Director of Professional Development; Judy Rattner, Director of Special Projects; or Dr. Mark Stanwood, Director NJ School Administrator Residency Program; with any questions.
