Eyes on the New Jersey State Board of Education
January Meeting
At its January meeting, The New Jersey State Board of Education returned local control to the Paterson Public Schools, passed a resolution honoring New Jersey School Board Recognition Month, adopted updated regulations regarding student transportation and the requirements for adults obtaining a high school diploma.

The State Board also approved for publication in the New Jersey Register the proposed readoption with amendments at Chapter 16 to establish policies and procedures and to operate programs to support the social, emotional, and physical development of students. Read more...
