Backsnacks - A Mighty Pack

Church members and HCHS students with the Gay Straight Alliance Group packed 130 Thanksgiving bags for St. Nicholas' Backsnack Outreach Program, and another 130 regular

bags for the week after Thanksgiving.

As Aleisha McMurtry stated in her Stewardship talk on Sunday, "This is a way for us to give back to the community, and it is what God would want us to do."

There will be no Evening Prayer on

Wednesday, the 22^nd of this month.

Fr. Darius Sudayi will join us to celebrate Holy Communion on Sunday, the 26^th of November and Izzy Williams will sing a solo for SNICK Sunday. We will also have Holy Communion with Fr. Harold Lockett on Sunday the 3^rd of December.

Parade float riders needed!

Join St. Nicholas for an afternoon of FUN!

On Saturday, Dec. 2, the Pine Mountain Christmas Parade, begins at 2pm, followed by the Hamilton Christmas Parade at 5pm. Riders need to be ready 30 minutes before each parade. Since we will only have about an hour (3:00-4:00ish), we will have quick snacks and hot chocolate at the church between parades. (Times have been corrected from Sunday’s bulletin.)

The Greening of the Church will be Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 5:30pm after Evening Prayer. A spaghetti dinner will be served afterward. Please join us for this fun event!

Remember, if you are bringing a gift for our adopted Christmas family, please bring those to the church by Dec. 6. You can wrap and label in advance or wrap them during the Greening event.

With the Greening of the church and many other holiday activities, Book Club will skip December and meet to discuss The News of the World on January 3rd.

A Service of Lessons and Carols

a service of Lessons and Carols.

Christmas Hymns will be played on the 1850 Pilcher Organ.
