Idaho: Fish and Game Director to Retire

On November 6, Director of the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) Virgil Moore, announced that he will be retiring from the position in January of 2019. Moore will be staying on in his role as Director until the Idaho Fish and Game Commission announces his replacement.

Kansas: Sportsmen's Caucus Hosts Annual Pheasant Hunt

Registration is now open for the 15th Annual National Assembly of Sportsmen's Caucuses (NASC) Sportsman-Legislator Summit. The NASC Sportsman-Legislator Summit is the most important event of the year for caucus members and partners. Now in its 15th year, this annual meeting serves as the ideal venue for focused discussion and interaction between and among state policy makers, sportsmen's NGO representatives, and outdoor industry partners from around the nation.
