Texas A&M University-San Antonio is making history with its first official Homecoming! The week will be about building Jaguar traditions, bringing the campus community together, and celebrating school spirit. This year's theme is "Deep in the Heart of Texas."

AI Explore Days


During the spring semester, students, faculty and staff are invited to stop by for AI Explore Days. These events, held on the following Wednesdays from 12-1 p.m. in the University Library (BLH) Room 202, will be a chance to learn about new generative AI tools and how to use them effectively.

FAFSA Workshops

San Antonio Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program


Students in the A&M-SA College of Business and the City of San Antonio Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program are providing FREE income tax return preparation services February 26-27 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. to eligible A&M-SA community members. Services will be provided by in-person appointments on campus.

University Highlights

Protecting San Antonio’s Primary Water Source


Dr. Walter Den developed a training manual to help first responders protect the Edwards Aquifer from disaster-related pollution. The project offers guidelines for minimizing contamination risks. Now under review for final approval, it strengthens water resource education and industry readiness.

Summer Research Program Focuses on Interdisciplinary AI Research in Healthcare


The University is partnering with Texas State University on an NSF-funded project that allows undergraduates to participate in a summer research program that applies AI and other technologies to real-world challenges.
