Like everything else that has been shut down in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, your HOA board is largely inactive at this time. We have already postponed (and likely forever canceled) the March board meeting, and the April meeting probably won't happen, either. Board members are in email and phone contact with each other as issues arrive, and we stand ready to resume full activities once this contagion has lifted.
As you know, the Neighborhood Watch meeting that had been scheduled for April 1 was postponed, and its rescheduling is still to be determined. In mid-April, the Social Committee will decide whether it will go ahead with the Cinco de Mayo celebration planned for May 2 at the clubhouse. And, it remains quite possible that the opening of the pool and hot tub will be delayed this year. Stay tuned for those decisions.
In the meantime, if an urgent matter arises, rest assured the board will deal with it -- at a safe distance from everyone. If you think a matter needs to come to the attention of the board, please call one of us or
send an email to the board.
Stay safe everyone!
