Hello Sprouters !
I hope you are doing well and are sprouting everyday. For myself, that daily time of rinsing and draining is an opportunity to reflect and meditate; a calming few precious moments in my life.
It is going to be a great summer because we can all sprout to supplement our home gardens, farmers' market purchases, CSA goody bags / boxes and grocery store veggies. Sprouts are great additions to your delicious summer veggies AND they can be eaten by themselves, too. Toss a handful of sprouted beans or greens into most summer dishes to add texture, flavor, and great nutrition.

I am late to the game of savory breakfast oatmeal but recently I came up with one that works for me. It is almost as good as my usual Oatmeal and Raisins. Which is actually called Rita's Raisins with some Oatmeal, in my house. I like raisins, what can I tell you.
Here's my new go to oatmeal:
Bottom of the bowl has chopped raw carrots (or a crunchy veggie of your choice)
Layer of wakame flakes (dulse works, too)
Cooked oatmeal that has
1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil mixed into it
