Our new three-dimensional virtually staged videos allow potential buyers to virtually walk through a property, get a sense of its layout and size, and see how furniture would fit in different rooms.

How Do Our 3D Video Virtual Tours Work?

The process begins with a CubiCasa 2D Floor Plan which includes all of the listing's placed fixtures, such as appliances, sinks, cabinets, bathtubs, etc.

Architectural software then mathematically generates a three-dimensional version of the 2D floor plan. The 3D version includes all fixtures, doorways and the direction they open, windows, etc.

If the home is vacant then virtual staging is added. No specific demand can be made regarding the style of furniture as we use a standardized furniture set.

If the home is furnished then we'll try to replicate the type of furniture currently in place, or find furniture that are close in terms of style.

Some furniture might be omitted or modified to enhance the rendering, especially in cluttered spaces. By no means will it be an exact replica as the goal is to give a feel of the property.

The software then creates a 3D model with various camera angle views and coupled with route planning to create a stunning virtual walkthrough video. These videos are designed to provide homebuyers and renters a virtual view of the interior of the property.

The standard walkthrough of a video is always from the main foyer to the living room/dining area/kitchen and then to other areas. If you'd like to have a different walkthrough, you should provide the information in the comment when ordering.

Video length The video length should be between 2 and 3 minutes long. The length will always vary depending on the size of the property and its complexity.

The video format is full HD (1920 x 1080).
