PROGRAMS IN ACTION
GROWTH. GRATITUDE. GRADUATION.
Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, SAL deputies continue to provide an enriched S.H.O.C.K. curriculum filled with exercises aimed at building trust, expanding perspectives and critical thinking for the program's adolescents.
In April, S.H.O.C.K participants explored the natural beauty of Hidden Falls while on a hike, expanded the possibilities their futures hold and experienced the joys of graduating the eight week program. SAL Deputy Kristy Walls would like to thank all the guest speakers, weekly volunteers and sponsors who made the S.H.O.C.K. 22-1 class such a success.
SAL would like to give a huge thank you to all the agencies, individual mentors and community sponsors who assisted with the revitalization of the S.H.O.C.K. program after an almost two year hiatus!
If you have any questions regarding S.H.O.C.K. or would like to become a mentor for the 22-2 session, contact Kristy Walls at kwalls@sacsheriff.com
