Hello everyone!
Every 2 years, The Steadward Centre holds a volunteer-run casino event to raise funds. These funds go directly to supporting our programming for adults, kids, teens, and athletes experiencing disability. Our volunteers usually consist of our program's participants, parents, and volunteers, however anyone is welcome to volunteer! This year, the Steadward Centre has been chosen to hold a casino fundraiser event on June 14 and 15, 2019 at Pure Casino Edmonton, 7055 Argyll Rd. However, we can't do it alone! We need your help to ensure that we can participate in this event!
All positions require no prior experience, so they're a great option for those who want to get a few extra volunteer hours over a single weekend, but can't commit to volunteering with our weekly programs. You'll be directly contributing to helping ensure that The Steadward Centre can continue to offer quality programming for kids, teens, adults, and adults experiencing disability. This is also a great opportunity to meet some of the other parents, families, and volunteers from our programs! Volunteers will have their choice of meals/snacks and non-alcoholic beverages from the restaurant paid for while they are volunteering.
