Thank you for your friendship with and support of the Stephen Olford Center. We are so grateful to the Lord for His provision of friends like you.
We want to reach out to you and let you know what is new in our neck of the woods.
After being under the umbrella of Union University for nine years, the Stephen Olford Center was purchased by Global Ministries Foundation (GMF) in February, 2015. GMF is committed to preserving Dr. Stephen Olford's legacy, supporting Dr. David Olford as he continues to train pastors for ministry, and seeing our premier retreat center succeed at serving the spiritual needs of believers in the Mid-South.
We want to invite you to experience our beautiful center! The Stephen Olford Center is the perfect location to host your retreats, dinners, professional conferences, board meetings, corporate events, and private functions, including weddings.
Whether you would like to host a luncheon, a dinner, or an overnight event, we have everything you need for a refreshing time with the Lord and the Body of Christ.
Here are just some of the services and amenities we currently offer:
- A variety of meeting spaces that can accommodate small gatherings as well as events with up to 150 people
- Lodging options for up to 94 people, including suites and handicap accessible rooms
- Catered meals with customizable menus for up to 120 people
- 18 acres of beautiful wooded scenery
- A large patio, a pool, a half-court basketball court, and a 32,000 volume library
- Complimentary wireless internet access
Located just a half mile south of the Riverdale exit on highway 385, our center is easily accessible from anywhere in the city and is only 20 minutes from Memphis International Airport.
