All exercises are scalable so you may workout at YOUR level. Each class is divided by intensity. Begin with Level 1 as your fitness improves transition into a higher fitness challenge in Level 2, or utilize both levels to simply vary your weekly routine.
Intensity is defined by speed of exercises, use of transitions and baseline fitness requirements.
