This week, we’re sharing an update from Iris Pulido ’26, who was recently featured in Vision magazine. In Vision, Iris shared how grateful she was to be part of the Medical Explorers Program at St. Laurence:

"After speaking with clinical researchers at Loyola's Cancer Center, I knew that was the career I wanted to pursue."

Now studying biochemistry at Marquette University, Iris is embracing new opportunities and an exciting next chapter. 

“I’m excited to meet new people from all over the world.”

Her story is exactly what the True Viking Campaign is about: giving students the opportunities, support and experiences that help them discover what's possible.
