We're excited to announce the addition of Petite Finals for both the Boys and Girls Senior Singles and Senior Eights. Each Petite Final will take place immediately before the event's Final!

The registration deadline for this year's Stotes is quickly approaching.  Don't forget to enter within the standard deadline!

If you have not yet registered for your team's Chuckwagon (which ALL teams must have) or rented Tent, please ensure you do so by Friday by clicking the links here.  Starting this week, we send important logistics info to all teams and don't want your program to miss out on that info.  

The sooner, the better...as they say !

As return visitors to Stotesbury know, stating that "on-site parking on Kelly Drive is limited" is an understatement. 100% of all vehicles (including Coaches' vehicles) wishing to park within the Kelly Drive Enclosure MUST have an Entry/Parking Pass after 6 am on Friday, May 20th. This includes vehicles towing  Chuckwagons.  Therefore, all boat trailers and Chuckwagons are encouraged to arrive on Thursday between 12 pm and Midnight. 

Each team will receive a very limited number of passes on Thursday when they register. The allocation of Passes is aligned directly to the number of entries, and  passes are intended for Coaches' use only.   Full Day (or Two-Shift) volunteers ARE given passes, so parents are encouraged to sign up to lend a hand and carpool.

Ample Stotes Shuttles and Stotes Trams will again be available to move spectators from offsite parking and deliver food items to team tents from the Welcome Gate "Drop" area. A very limited number of Entry Passes for the Kelly Drive Enclosure (for Saturday-Only) will also be available for purchase after May 1st by clicking HERE.
