Single-Family Homeowners:

1. Sidewalk Replacement: Please be aware that beginning Tuesday, August 18, through Tuesday, August 25, certain sections of sidewalks on various SFHOA streets will be removed and replaced. This work will coincide with sections of sidewalk also being replaced along Strand Boulevard through the Master Board Association.
2. Landscaping Debris Pickup: As a reminder, Leo Jr Landscaping provides curbside pickup of palm fronds and small amounts of landscape debris. Please keep materials in plastic buckets or other receptacles no larger than 30 gallons.

Leo Jr Landscaping performs a final cleanup on Fridays as part of the normal grass-cutting cycle. Please refrain from placing additional debris out after Friday’s cleanup, as this may result in debris sitting out over the weekend.

Thank you,
