Sponsor set-up area: Symphony Ballroom Foyer
Set-up time: Wednesday, May 10 from 4:30 – 6:30 pm
Setup Procedure: A raffle will begin for table placement at 4:30 pm sharp. All sponsors present at 4:30 pm will be randomly selected via raffle drawing and will claim their preferred table in the order they are pulled. Any sponsors not present during the raffle will have their choice of the remaining tables once they arrive on-site.
Break down: Friday, May 12 from 11:30 – 1:00pm
Break down Procedure: Sponsors are free to break down early after the final General Session break of the meeting. If you choose to do so, please be mindful of excessive noise, as members will still be in session during this time.
