Used Uniform Sale: at CCHS in the hallway outside the library on Monday, July 25 - Thursday, July 28 and Monday, August 1 - Thursday, August 4 from 8:30 - 12:30. There will be a QR code to pay via the school store - no cash or checks accepted. Shirts and pants will be $5 and sweatshirts will be $10.

A workshop will be held in the library to introduce Speech and Debate to new members interested in joining the team. Rising freshman through rising juniors are welcome to join.

CCHS Athletic Boosters Spirit Store: Volunteers Needed for the upcoming school year! Activities range from picking up inventory, stocking shelves, set up for sporting events or running the inside or stadium locations. The volunteer coordinator will be publishing a calendar of events requiring volunteer coverage and would welcome anyone who would like to help to be included on the distribution. Rising Seniors (Class of 2023): Prestige Portraits/Lifetouch will be sending you information about registering to take Senior Pictures. Please sign up for an appointment that is convenient for you. The dates are 7/11, 7/12, 7/13, 8/3, 8/4, 8/5. 2022 Baby Wall: The Baby Wall for the class of 2022 Seniors has been taken down. If you would like your student’s pictures, please pick up by Friday, July 15. They will be disposed of after that date. The yearbook photo and the baby photo were printed on quality photo paper by Shutterfly and will make a nice keepsake. They are in alphabetical order on the table in the Main Lobby area during school office hours. Please direct any questions to [email protected].

Class of 2022: Visit events.lifetouch.com for graduation pictures. Photos will be online 2-6 weeks after the ceremony.

Community Opportunities 

Registration is now OPEN for Summer Catechesis at St Ann Church in Charlotte. Living and Loving Our Father will run mornings July 25th-July 29th.  Student volunteers (rising 6th-12th graders) are needed. You can earn up to 25 service hours! Summer Service Opportunity: Feed the Poor AND Get Service Hours at the same time:

St. Matthew parish is celebrating its 20th Anniversary of the Msgr. McSweeney World Hunger Drive on August 13 and NEEDS YOUR HELP August 12 and 13

·    strong volunteers to move 50lb bags then another group to set up tables/supplies (both 3 hours on Aug 12)

·    strong volunteers for five (5) different 2-hour shifts on Aug 13 at the Meal Packing Event to replenish supplies

·    table captains to supervise meal packers during event (training provided)

·    food and DJ included on Aug 13!

In addition to Cougar Service Hours, this is a great opportunity to get the WHOLE FAMILY involved!! Simply email [email protected] with the subject “CCHS Volunteers”. Thanks Cougar families!
