This Santa Ana commercial delivery services property, was in need of a full roof and deck recondition for their approx. 136,300 sq. ft. property, roof repair areas included parapets, flashings and front overhang, as well as exposed roof deck. The owner and property

The contractor cleaned and prepped the area to be repaired, repaired cracks, tear, splits and voids in the roof surface, applied pond filler to 8 ponding areas to improve drainage, then applied
SureCoat to drains, penetrations, ponds and waterways. After addressing the roof, the SureCoat Deck Saver system was used to repair the exposed roof deck which was top coated with our Light Grey
StrucSureCoat for a “like new” finish.
Choosing the SureCoat Roof and Deck Saver Systems on this project allowed for a 10 year, renewable warranty.
