And the Survey Says...

This year, the vestry is joining with me in surveying where we are as a congregation, and prayerfully exploring where God might want to lead us in the future.

Part of establishing where we are is checking in on the health of our congregation right now.  We are using an outside tool to do that called Natural Church Development.  This process prioritizes building healthy and well-rounded churches that communicate the Gospel.  It begins with a congregational survey.  We want as many of us who meet the criteria set out by Natural Church Development to take it.  We have sent out some survey participation requests already.  If you have received one of those requests and completed the survey, thank you!  If you haven’t, there is still time to do so.  If you would like to participate in the survey, we would love to have you do that.  Here are the criteria for participation set out by Natural Church Development.

·       Each individual participant must regularly attend the worship service, AND

·       Must have some form of regular task in the church (no matter what it is), AND

·       Must be part of some form of small group in the church (home group, choir etc.)

Please send me a quick note (pfrank@epiphanyanglican.net) if you would like to participate in our survey group and I will send you an invitation to do so.  Going forward, there will be other ways to participate in this work of seeing where we are and discerning where God is leading us.  Jeff Zimmerman is the vestry’s leader for the work we are undertaking .  Please contact him (jwzimmerman209@gmail.com) if you are interested in learning more about that.
