Happy Friday, Sweetgrass!
As I am typing up this week's message, I hear lots of laughter and chatter throughout the Lakehouse, and it's so great to see so many positive comments come through about our community reconnecting over the past several weeks. As you know, Fort Bend County has increased the level of severity of COVID-19 in our area, so we just ask that while you're enjoying yourselves, please ensure you're up-to-date on all the CDC recommendations. While masks are not required, they are strongly recommended, and you'll see our Association team wearing theirs as a precaution and to help keep our residents safe and healthy.
Elections Update
Our election is coming to a close - and if you have not yet voted, please do so. If you have not received a ballot either through mail or through email, please reach out to The Inspectors of Election and they will work to verify your ownership and will send you a replacement ballot. They can be reached at 1-888-211-5332, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.
Remember, Association team members cannot handle your ballots - so please follow the instructions listed on the ballot itself. No votes will be taken at the meeting on Wednesday. More info on the meeting is found below.
Wellness Center Update
We are super excited to share with you that the re-opening of the Sweetgrass Wellness Center is coming up! This space, located within the Fitness Center, will feature a regular schedule of health and wellness services available exclusively to residents of Sweetgrass. This includes blood pressure screenings, hearing tests, balance tests, and much more. Look for updates soon!
Your New Manager, Kelly
The Sweetgrass Association will be welcoming back Kelly Riley-Salyers as your new Community Manager on Monday. Kelly began her career with CCMC at your community many years ago and is excited to return. We appreciate your patience as Kelly will be training and working alongside the team to get up-to-speed early next week. Please give her some time to get rolling.
