Q1 Assessments are due January 1st, and are late if not received by January 30th. Payment options are outlined on your statement and on the mysweetgrass.net website under the "resident" drop down. If you cannot find your account number or need additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-833-301-4538. Payments are not accepted at the Lakehouse.
Please use the designated form on the Mysweetgrass.net website to turn in your CCGA documents or to request website update requests for your CCGA. (Contact us drop down, Submit CCGA Report/Doc or Change CCGA Webpage link). Using these forms will ensure that ALL persons who need copies of these documents/requests are receiving them, and also provides a confirmation of your submission. We ask that you do not email documents/requests to a specific staff member.

REMINDERS

Neighborhood Committees: If you have recently had a change in reps for your neighborhood, please remember to submit the names/addresses/emails of these new reps, so that we may update our records.
In recognition of the New Year's holiday, the Lakehouse will be open from 8am until 3pm on Saturday, December 31st and will be closed all day on Sunday, January 1st. Have a happy and safe New Year!
