Neighborhood Committees: please make sure you have updated the HOA office with your 2023 representative names (even if your community is not making any changes). There are still several neighborhoods that have not reached out.
Chartered Clubs, be certain to turn in your required 2022 documents by the end of the month. This includes your 2022 financials, your current members list, and your 2023 officer names/positions. Submitting this information is a required of all Chartered Clubs. If you do not have dues/expenses/finances as part of your Club, please include this information.

REMINDERS

The annual meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 26th @ 4pm via Zoom. Please remember to submit your proxy by 5:00 p.m. on January 25, 2023 at the latest. Owners who submit their proxy early (by noon on Monday, January 23, 2023), will have their address entered into a drawing to win a door prize (to be given away during the annual meeting). You can also download a proxy form by clicking the link below, or can pick up one in person at the Lakehouse front desk.
2022 General Proxy Form
If you are leaving your car at the Lakehouse to meet up and head out with a Club or with friends, please remember to park in the rear of the lot, away from the door. This will save the spots closest to the building for those persons who are coming to the Lakehouse throughout the day, in order to use the facilities. And remember, vehicles are not permitted to be left at the Lakehouse overnight.

Trash Collection:

Please be sure that you are not placing trash or trash containers out for pickup earlier than permitted.

The Design Guidelines Section N. Trash and Recycling Containers states: “Trash and recycling containers may be left out for collection at dusk on the day prior to collection and must be returned to storage in the garage by dusk on the day of collection.”

Green waste (lawn clippings, trimmings, tree limbs, etc.) should also be stored out of view until the day/evening prior to pick up. This would include green waste placed out in trash bags. Please work with your landscapers to make sure your trash is not sitting out for multiple days before collection.
