The Tastiest Tomatoes You'll Ever Grow....

Ask any gardener what the most delicious Tomato they've ever grown is, and more than likely they'll all narrow it down to that ubiquitous, ever-beloved cherry Tomato, Sungold. Honestly, it's hard to compare any other tomato to those deliciously sweet, petite golden orbs. It's impossible resist them!

But what if you're looking for the most delicious heirloom Tomato, or a mouth-watering modern hybrid, or even a paste Tomato for the most scruptious homemade sauce? There are varieties that rise to the top in those categories, too. Read on for our picks...

Brandywine

Heirloom Tomato

90 days. Brandywine's flesh is the color of a ripe, red Watermelon. Exceptionally rich-tasting with just a hint of spice, the slightly flattened fruits grow to 6" to 7" in diameter and up to 1 pound! Be sure to give each plant a sturdy support. Brandywine is borne on large, indeterminate plants with strongly aromatic Potato-type leaves. Brandywine is an authentic Amish heirloom variety and we know you'll be astonished by the taste. (OP.)

San Marzano II

Paste/Plum Tomato

80-90 days. Known as the best cooking Tomato in the world, we cannot sing its praises loudly enough. San Marzano II is disease-resistant and grows in bunches of five to six large fruits on indeterminate vines, ripening to a brilliant red with lustrous green shoulders. Producing over a long period of time, the crack-resistant fruit holds well on the vine. San Marzano 2's high sugar content helps create its big Tomato taste and rich consistency. (OP.)

ORDER SEEDS

Sungold

Cherry Tomato

65 days. Delicious Sungold ripens from green to golden, but wait! It isn't fully mature until, at the last minute, it becomes pale apricot-orange. Watch for the subtle color change for the most rich and sugary taste. Round, 1"-wide Tomatoes attached to draping, symmetrical, limb-like, 3" trusses are borne on indeterminate vines. (F1.)

ORDER SEEDS

Carmello

Hybrid Tomato

70-75 days. This outstanding main-season French hybrid yields abundant, juicy, 5- to 7- ounce, medium-large Tomatoes with rich, sweet flavor. Rarely seen in shops due to their thin yet non-cracking skin, which prevents travel, Carmello is disease-resistant and appreciates support for its strong indeterminate plants. (F1.)
