Emerging Themes: Virtual burnout seems to be happening. Seniors/ care partners especially are not logging onto virtual programs/support groups. Concerns with winter coming and increased isolation. If citizens won't access programs now virtually, what happens when the weather changes. This leads to the conversation about limited social rec options available.
