We ran out of time for a number of questions asked in worship on May 14th. Here is the third installment on responses to those questions.

Ecumenical Worship Service
As part of La Grange's Endless Summer Celebration, the La Grange Churches will meet at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 6 at Gordon Park. Fantastic music, a combined choir, and a lot of energy will buzz together!
Messy Church
Messy Church will be August 6th at 4:30 pm. Our theme this month is Who is God? Come and have a great time and grow in faith and in your love of others on the journey.

5:30-6:00: Dinner
School Supply Drive
The LeaderShop is collecting school supplies and they need three ring binders (1" or 1-1/2"), pens, pencils, folders, and dry erase markers. The supplies go to students in our community whose families cannot afford them.  Click here for a list of more supplies.

The Salt Creek Chamber Orchestra will be presenting Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Riders to the Sea and Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi  on August 12 at 7:30pm at First United Methodist Church, 100 W. Cossitt Ave.  Ryan Cox is playing Schicchi.  Ticket info here.
Women's Retreat

Tutors Needed / Adult Literacy Training
Volunteers are needed for School and Tutors on Wheels Adult Literacy/English as a Second Language program. Full article.
