Greetings Timberwolf Staff!

I have never been this excited for a school year! We have worked so hard with purpose and passion to get to this moment and we are perfectly positioned to build on our momentum and reach our goal of becoming an A school with 7 Distinctions in 2023!

It was inspiring and invigorating to welcome hundreds of children and their families at our Meet the Teacher events. The building was electric with joy, laughter, new connections, and high expectations. A special shout out to all of our Teaching Assistants, Office Staff and Custodial Team for their extremely laborious work breaking down boxes, moving furniture, and distributing materials so our building can look great and we have all we need for success this week and beyond!

As I look forward to the week ahead, I am reminded that these first days are tone-setting. Every single moment is an opportunity for our children to be seen, heard, valued, nurtured, and welcomed. Our community looks to our schools and your classrooms to feel a sense of belonging and safety and to be inspired through experiences to find their purpose and pursue it with passion. 

There is nothing that we cannot accomplish together. I have complete confidence that this will be our best day, week, and YEAR yet!

Enrollment Counts must be completed each day by 9:00am (see below) 

Enrollment Counts and Accurate Daily Attendance

Enrollment Count impacts us all! Each year we are staffed according to our projected enrollment. In Spring and Summer, we receive many new students and some leave us, but do not officially withdraw. Therefore, there is a 2-week window when school starts where enrollment is counted to see who is and is not truly at our school. Students who show up at any point within those first 2 weeks are captured in this enrollment count. Students who do not show up within those first 2 weeks are dropped from PowerSchool. 

We will be conducting enrollment counts by the specific students on your roster so we are able to follow up with all children individually. We will also be collecting Dismissal and Backpack information in this one place to serve their needs efficiently.

Enrollment is due each day by 9 am so please make this the very first thing you do within your daily routine for these first 2 weeks. Click the button below to submit your counts.

Accurate attendance is especially important during this 2-week window. Students with ANY class marked present will stay on the roster, and students with ALL classes marked unexcused will automatically drop from PowerSchool on Wednesday.
