The Feds have confirmed a September 18th rate cut. Chairman Powell has said the time and pace of rate cuts will depend on incoming data, but the path is clear for further cuts.

This is exciting news after 3 years of rising rates. We are currently at a 3 year low for rates and looking forward to the continued easing.
