Apple is in a dilemma. Despite promising to invest $500 billion in the US to help ‘Make America Great Again’, the tech giant may have to do a lot more to be in the President’s good books. A few days ago, Trump lashed out at Apple’s CEO Tim Cook's plans to manufacture iPhones in India. Now he has gone a few steps further - threatening 25% tariffs on Apple and other makers like Samsung, if they don’t shift manufacturing to the US.
