Springs Recovery Connection Mission
To strengthen the recovery community through peer and family support, public education and advocacy.
Thank you Donors!
Did you get a letter in the mail from SRC this month? Your donations help our coaches provide service at both Memorial Hospital and the 4th Judicial Specialty Courts and keeps our Telephone Recovery Support Services online. Your financial support has also helped our Peer Coach Academy continue to grow. We have received over $10,000 in donations from our appeal letter and your support helps us continue to offer recovery. Thank you!

The Top 25 Sober Communities Beyond Traditional AA
Traditional Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous meetings have helped millions of people over the past eight decades. With a network that spans the world, AA is almost always the first alcohol recovery program people think of. And, for many, AA is a wonderful resource that offers a strong community of peer support as well as a step-by-step program that can help you get and stay sober.
But AA isn’t for everyone. And if you’ve felt weird about not finding a fit in 12-Step recovery, or want to supplement your existing recovery program with another community, please understand you’re not alone.

Relationships and Recovery Survey
Bill White, author of Slaying the Dragon and co-creator of the Recovery Capital Scale , has extended an invitation to people in recovery to help with addiction research. The approved online study, “Relationships and Recovery,” is a confidential study examining one’s view of their current relationships. This survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete. Participating in such studies is another way we can give back and build a firm scientific foundation for the future of addiction treatment and recovery support services.
