It's time for our high school seniors to submit their applications for a chance to win the 2023 George Angulo Scholarship Award! The Club will be awarding two $1500 scholarships. This scholarship award was started in 2018 in memory of George Angulo, a longtime SYC volunteer who served as Coach, Deputy Commissioner, and as a member of the SYC Board of Directors.

In honor of George's volunteerism, SYC is seeking qualified seniors with a history of volunteer service. To be considered for the scholarship, a completed application must be submitted no later than March 31, 2023. Winners will be notified in April and presentations of awards will be in May.

SYC players had a great night with the WSHS Lady Spartans this past Friday. Players were invited to the floor at the halftime of the Girls Varsity game for a "Spartans Future Sharpshooters" contest. Lots of players went home with awesome WSHS swag.
