We're gearing up for another exciting season of rec soccer! Please consider returning your child’s outgrown uniform and gear back to SYC so it can be recycled to another player. This will help families of any income level save a little while being good stewards of the planet. We're seeking gently used:

A rec soccer uniform and equipment redistribution day is scheduled for Wednesday, August 10th, so please plan to DONATE BEFORE 8/10 during regular office hours - MTThF from 9AM-4PM and on Wednesdays from 9AM-2PM and 4PM-7PM at 7201A Lockport Place, Lorton, VA 22079. THANK YOU!

Register today for fall flag football! Evaluations for team placement will be held on August 28th. Evaluations and drafts are held to form balanced teams. All players are placed!

Our Rec Soccer League Directors are busy forming teams for the fall season, and they're looking for coaches! Please consider coaching this fall season. Help us keep the kids playing and having fun on the soccer fields this fall! 

Field Hockey is seeking coaches to help run our fall clinics! We'd like to provide the opportunity for players to try out field hockey before our spring season. Please consider volunteering! Contact Christina at [email protected]. 

FALL Field Hockey programs are on hold until we are able to secure volunteer coaches. 

Mark your calendars for the upcoming fall cheer uniform distributions dates:

• First Date: Saturday, 8/27 from 9AM-12PM
• Second Date: Tuesday, 8/30 from 6PM-8PM
• Final Date: Tuesday, 9/6 from 6PM-8PM

Participants must be with parent/guardian for proper fitting. Please bring $100 undated, hold check made payable to SYC with the participant's name in the memo line. Uniform/poms can not be taken unless a hold check is provided. Briefs will be available for purchase at fitting. Questions? Contact [email protected].

Reminder: Final 3 Equipment Distribution Dates for Tackle Football. Get your gear!

• Saturday, August 6 from 9AM - 12PM
• Sunday, August 7 from 10AM - 1PM
• Sunday, August 14 from 10AM - 1PM

Player must be present for proper fitting. Bring an undated $300 hold check made payable to SYC. Enter player's name in the memo line. Equipment can not be taken without the hold check. Checks are only cashed if equipment is not returned. Questions? Contact [email protected].
