The House on Garrett Road

A number years ago when house hunting, I fell in love with a house on Garrett Road. It was new, spacious, great kitchen, and had many features that I wanted. I was ready to make an offer.

I drove by that house this morning and I was thinking " I am so glad I didn't make an offer."

The reason I didn't, is because I had a great realtor. She told me, "Yes it's a really nice house and priced well, but when you decide to sell it, you're going to have difficulty. Garrett Road is a busy and noisy road, and folks with families are not going to want to buy it." She guided me to a home that turned out to be a great fit for me.
