How To Build A Library

An essential for True/False veterans and newbies alike is this year’s Show Me True/False selection, How To Build A Library, directed by Maia Lekow and Christopher King. The film narrates the tale of two women who reclaim a neglected library in downtown Nairobi and work to create a space where community and education can thrive. The filmmakers will give an extended Q&A after the screening on Saturday for film buffs’ dying questions.

Gimme Truth!

Are you smarter than a True/False fest filmmaker? This live game show puts filmmakers’ judgment to the test by showing them a series of short documentaries — some real, some not — in an attempt to stump their perceptions of reality.
