SCRIPTURE & PRAYER TIME is on

We have been informed that some of offerings sent to the church via the United States Postal Service have been significantly delayed in reaching us. If your check hasn't cleared yet, that is most likely the reason. We believe this also has contributed to the short-fall indicated in the report from the Board of Stewardship & Finance.

DEVOTIONAL RESOURCES
Taking Faith Home is available each week on the church office counter.

Monday Bible Study Leader Tim Hetzner offers a daily devotional via email here.

It's that time of year again! Pastor Blonski has published two Christmas devotional books. There is a limited supply in the church office. You can also purchase on Amazon (both paperback and Kindle) by clicking on the title below.

This week our Emerging Skills and Interests were: Ways of Being Thankful! This was a review week for both our letters and
numbers. Our theme for Show & Share was to bring in an item that you are thankful for. In Religious Studies, the preschoolers are learning about David & Jonathan.
One of the ways that we are learning to be thankful, is to dedicate flowers for the altar in church, thanking God for their many
blessings. So that the children can be a part of this, they are asked (if they are able), to bring in a coin to contribute.
The preschoolers did a fabulous job during our Fire Drill with Fireman Bob! We are so proud at how quiet they were &
following every instruction given to them! On Tuesday we
participated in the Lake County Vision & Hearing Screening
Program. Malachi will also visited the children on Tuesday & Wednesday!
Our new playground is officially open! The children are enjoying it and we thank God for the beautiful weather we have been
having. Thank you to all who contributed to this project!
