“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."

Disaster Relief
As many of you already know, citizens in Australia are suffering through one of the worst fire seasons in recent history. So far, 20 million acres have burned, and it is estimated that over 800 million animals have lost their lives as a result of the fires.

While citizens in Australia are focused on surviving the fires, people in Puerto Rico are dealing with the aftermath of a 6.4 magnitude earthquake that hit the island earlier this week. The earthquake has caused thousands of people to go without power or water.

If you would like to help people who are going through unimaginable circumstances, please consider donating to Tomoka's disaster relief fund. All you have to do is click on the button below and select "OR Disaster Relief" from the drop down menu. Thank you for your support.
Wins of the Week
Baptisms took place at all three campuses on Christmas Eve, with five people in total declaring their faith. Tomoka would like to congratulate each of them for stepping out in faith, and committing their lives to Jesus. If you have been thinking about accepting Christ, let 2020 be the year you make that decision. If you have any questions, or would like to learn more, visit the link below.
Tomoka recently made donations to ministries in the Philippines, that allowed them to purchase 400 stockings full of gifts for children in the community. We are honored to be partnered with ministries all over the world that are doing their best to make a difference in people's lives.
Around Campus
A new session of Bible 101 begins at 6:30 PM next Wednesday, Jan. 15 at the Ormond campus. If you find certain sections of The Bible difficult to navigate, Tomoka would like to invite you to attend this course that covers all the basics you'll need to know for understanding God's Word.
Tomoka's Women's Ministry has a fun opportunity coming up at the DeLand campus. Head over at 10 AM Saturday, Jan. 18 to enjoy snacks, worship, Bible study and more. Also, feel free to bring a re-gifted item in order to be in a "white elephant" gift exchange. To learn more, contact Debbie Thompson.
Midweek services kick off at the Ormond campus tonight at 6:30 PM. Come on out, grab a meal at The Nations Cafe, and catch the beginning of Pastor Cord's new series. We can't wait to see you there!
