Active RVA Certification

As SOAR365 continues to strive to be an employer of choice, we have been named an Active RVA-certified organization for the 5th straight year.

The Active RVA Certification and Awards program recognizes the Richmond region’s exceptional employers and schools that are implementing innovative programs to promote physical activity. Hundreds of organizations have earned Active RVA Certification for their embrace of active living.

SOAR365 Joins Important Statewide Initiative

SOAR365 is partnering with the Virginia Department of Health Office of Family Health Services, Injury and Violence Prevention Program (VDH IVPP) and Blue Octopus Consulting on the Inclusive Play and Prevention Initiative Collaborative, a statewide project focused on preventing sexual abuse of youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in social, sports, and recreation settings.

Therapist, Physical Therapy

Provide direct therapy services, support, and education to children and families enrolled in Pediatric Therapy, a program of SOAR365, using a family centered approach. These children and their families are receiving Part C programming, or outpatient services, through direct therapy services in a specialized area.

Supported Employment (Job Coach), Lead

Responsible for providing Supported Employment supports to persons with disabilities who are referred to the Supported Employment team as well as providing customized employment techniques, interventions, and leadership to the Supported Employment Team.

Laborer, Grounds Maintenance

Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to quality standards. This role will be responsible for trimming and mowing of all grass as well as trimming of shrubs, hedges, and trees with appropriate tools.
