Chris Martin Appointed by Governor to State Rehabilitation Council

Under Chris Martin’s leadership, the program is growing fast. In 2024, SOAR365’s Supported Employment program served 90 people, up from just 42 the year before. And his work has been noticed by Virginia Governor Youngkin, who appointed him to the State Rehabilitation Council.

Giving Back to Pay It Forward

SOAR365’s Pediatric Therapy program provided invaluable guidance to Dr. Joe and April Niamtu after learning that their two sons, Joey and Evan, have cerebral palsy. Following that experience, the Niamtu family is giving back with generous donations and key involvement in some of SOAR365’s most important events.

For the second year in a row, PARK365 has been voted Best Community Playground in Richmond Magazine’s Best & Worst Survey!

PARK365 has also previously been named a top playground in Central Virginia by Virginia Living Magazine.

5^th Annual Next Generation Council Leadership Workshop

Join SOAR365’s Next Generation Council for their 5th annual Leadership Workshop. Connect with local leaders Jeff Conley of the Federal Reserve Bank Richmond and Rohana “Ro” Meade of Synergy Technical and explore what balance between your profession and your passion really looks like. This free and virtual event will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 10-11:30 AM.

The workshop is free for all who attend, but registration is requested.

Case Manager, Business Solutions

Responsible for providing individualized service management for employees with disabilities in SOAR365's Business Solutions department. You will review disability documentation collected for potential hires in the Business Solutions department, securing any additional information needed to determine employees' needs and to meet regulatory compliance.

Direct Support Professional, Adult Day Support (Saunders)

Responsible for assisting with coordination or staff and participant involvement in the day-to-day program activities. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those who we serve.

Laborer, Grounds Maintenance

As a member of our team, you will support persons with disabilities attending SOAR365 in both center-based and non-center-based programs. You will be responsible for assisting with coordination of staff and participant involvement in day-to-day program activities.
