Rising Senior Girls!

Are you interested in a future in government or politics? Consider applying to Girl's State! This experience is a weeklong summer program for rising Seniors designed to immerse you in a real, functioning government, in the mythical State of Palmetto. You’ll meet lots of new friends from across the state, and you may even be eligible for some college scholarships!

Deadline- January 31, 2023

Scholarship Eligibility:

  • High School Students who are residents of York, Lancaster, or Chester counties
  • "Shark Tank" Style competition where students create an idea to tackle a local environmental problem
