February were celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Month!

This month we will have several things going on at Rivertech to celebrate making our school a better place.

If you do a random act of kindness, your teacher may write a shoutout on a paper heart to put up in the office. At the end of the month, we will have a drawing from the hearts for a prize!

We are also, as a school, dressing in red, pink, and positive messages on February 14th for Valentines day!

Rising Senior Girls!

Are you interested in a future in government or politics? Consider applying to Girl's State! This experience is a weeklong summer program for rising Seniors designed to immerse you in a real, functioning government, in the mythical State of Palmetto. You’ll meet lots of new friends from across the state, and you may even be eligible for some college scholarships!

-Graduating high school Seniors.

It's back! The City of Rock Hill is inviting Riverwalk Academy to participate in The Works Career Exploration Program for Spring 2023. The Works program offers high school students the opportunity to take a peek into what "a day in the life" looks like for careers in the Rock Hill municipal and utilities system. This spring, they are offering the following opportunities:

Tourism & Hospitality- March 7
Construction- March 7
Fire Department- March 8
Commercial Drivers License- March 8
Technology- March 8
Utilities- Electric- March 9
Maintenance- March 9
