Dear Ursuline Community,

As we move through February and prepare our hearts for the season of Lent, we are excited to share that this year’s Lenten theme is “Embrace Grace.” Grace is the freely given help of God—present in both the quiet and joyful moments of our daily lives. Throughout this sacred season, our community will reflect on how we can recognize that grace, extend it to others, and grow into the people God created us to be. We wish each of you a meaningful and prayerful Lent filled with reflection, renewal, and hope.

This past month has also brought wonderful energy to campus! We are deeply grateful to our Admissions team for their continuous hard work, dedication, and countless hours spent sharing the Ursuline story and guiding families through this special journey. Their commitment to welcoming and supporting new families continues to strengthen our community in meaningful ways. At the end of January, we celebrated our newest Bears at the Class of 2030 Celebration Night, officially welcoming them and their families into the sisterhood.

We are equally grateful to our incredible Advancement team, whose leadership helped make our annual UA Soirée Auction a beautiful celebration of community and generosity. Thanks to the support of our 319 attendees, 30 dedicated committee members, generous donors, supportive alumnae, enthusiastic students and families, and our amazing sponsors, the evening was a record-breaking success. Together, we raised over $385,000 for Ursuline Academy. Because of this extraordinary generosity, we can continue providing an educational experience centered on the needs of each individual student while instilling a lifelong spirit of Serviam, “I will serve.”
