Dear Ursuline Community,
Happy New Year! We hope that you had a restful holiday break and have been able to stay warm in this crazy winter weather we have been having!
While winter is a time that the world seems to slow down, the Ursuline campus has been buzzing with activity! Two of our biggest nights of the year are coming up—Acceptance Day tomorrow, January 30th, and our UA Soirée Auction on Saturday, February 7th.
Our newest Bears are almost here! The UA Class of 2030 will officially join the Ursuline community as acceptance letters are sent out tomorrow, followed by an exciting Celebration Night reception for them and their families on campus. Our Admissions team has been working hard all year to cultivate this incoming class from shadow days, Open House, school visits, high school nights, and so much more.
Next Saturday, the UA Soirée Auction lights up the night with a dazzling evening of bidding, dinner, drinks, and so much more! Thanks to the tireless efforts of Auction Chair Jill Wayant Balée ’95 and the dedicated Auction Committee, this spectacular night is coming to life. It is through the generosity of partners like you that Ursuline continues to provide an educational experience rooted in the needs of each individual student and inspired by a lifelong spirit of Serviam—“I will serve.” We can’t wait to celebrate an incredible night together!
If you aren’t able to join us in person, there are still ways to participate! You can purchase tickets for raffle items now or bid on items in the Silent Auction when it opens on Thursday, February 5th. Read more about the auction below!
With so much to celebrate and even more to look forward to, we are grateful to share this exciting season with you. Thank you for being an essential part of the Ursuline story—we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
