Aftercare at Ursuline Academy

Ursuline Academy is committed to providing a fun and safe aftercare program. The purpose of the program is to enhance the academic and social development of our students in a supervised environment. The aftercare program is divided into Toddler 2-Pre-K and Kindergarten-7th grade.

During our Aftercare for Toddler 2-Pre-K, students are given opportunities for both inside and outside activities. During Aftercare for Kindergarten through 7th grade, students are provided with a quiet environment for homework, as well as time to relax with their friends, enjoy self-led activities, and outdoor time.

Please contact Elementary Aftercare Director + Billing Coordinator Mallory Martin at aftercare@uanola.org with any questions regarding registration, billing, or Aftercare (Kindergarten-7th grade). Please refer questions about ECLC Aftercare (Toddler 2-Pre-K) to Early Childhood Director Milissa Anthony at manthony@uanola.org.

The first day of aftercare for T2-7th grades for the 25-26 school year is Monday, August 18.

Carpool Flow Map and Reminders

  • Please see here for the carpool flow for the 2025-2026 school year.
  • As a reminder, no students are allowed in the building before 7 a.m.
  • Students may not be dropped off until an adult is present at the carport to greet them.
  • Students must exit the vehicle from the passenger side.

Spread Peace T-Shirt

Ursuline Academy's 25-26 school theme, “Spread Peace,” is inspired by the words of St. Angela. The theme comes to life in this soft, stylish t-shirt. Featuring a bold dove graphic in our signature navy and white, the design symbolizes unity, compassion, and the call to share peace with others. Printed on a comfortable, lightweight golden-yellow shirt, it’s perfect for spirit days, service projects, or everyday wear.

There is a limited quantity available. This is not a pre-order. Payment is required upon order. The shirts will be delivered to your student when they arrive at the school. We anticipate they'll arrive before the end of August.

We look forward to also bestowing a special blessing on our brand-new Serviam Shuttle. Our beloved Sister Regina Marie will be returning to State Street for this special tradition. Start here: How to Do UA Service Hours 2025–2026, and follow the seven important steps outlined in the document.

Our Lady of Prompt Succor at Home

Each week, a designated student will take home an 11" resin statue of Our Lady of Prompt Succor along with an intention card. Each intention card will be collected and remembered in prayer by our community. Students will be able to keep Our Lady in their home from Friday through Tuesday, returning her to school on Wednesday.

Our Lady of Prompt Succor, patroness of our city and state, hasten to help us!

Ursuline Praying for Ursuline

In the spirit of community, we would love to pray for the special intentions of our Ursuline family. Prayer intentions can be submitted through this form. Please note that during our Academy Masses, we mention the names of families who have lost loved ones.

If you have recently lost a loved one and would like your family name to be mentioned during Mass, please complete this form.
