The Vanner 2019 - NEWS

As many of you are aware, the 2019 edition of The Vanner magazine was distributed to all GVHS members in August. Once people started to peruse their magazines, concerns with the binding quality started to come to light. At first, we simply reissued a second copy to those who reported a problem. Within a couple of weeks, it was recognized to be a widespread issue and the printer was notified to determine the cause and extent of the issue and for them to come up with a reasonable resolution to the problem. While we did explore the option of re-doing the binding, unfortunately that would have necessitated slight trimming of all sides of the pages, resulting in potential for some content, especially advertisers, to be partially cut off. As we were not satisfied with that option, they agreed to reprint and distribute to replace the magazines at no additional cost to GVHS.

All members should have received a replacement
copy of the 2019 edition of The Vanner in the mail.

Please contact the office if you did not receive your replacement copy.
