Registration deadline is February 1st.

Hotel is located 5 minutes from the DFW airport. Free shuttle to and from hotel / airport.

Friday

– 1pm-5pm – Annual General Meeting (presentation of Annual Report followed by general discussion and questions) – International Room I-II

– 6PM – Reception – Bonnie & Clyde’s Pavilion, meet & greet, try your skill at roping a calf from your horse (both mechanical of course).

Saturday

– 7:30AM – Light Breakfast – International Foyer

– 8AM-5PM – Educational Seminar – Lunch Served 12:30- International I-II

– 6PM – Reception followed by banquet and award presentation – Austin Ranch Roundup Room, after the awards presentation get up and dance ! If you don’t know how to Texas line dance there will be cowboys and cowgirls there to teach you.

Sunday

– 7:30AM – Light Breakfast -International Foyer

– 8AM – 3PM – Educational Seminar – International Room I-II

THE VANNER 2023

This year’s theme is The Gypsy Vanner: Family, Fun and Friendship. Where there is a Gypsy Vanner horse involved, you can be sure that family, friends, and Vanners, are all having FUN! In this edition we will feature stories of how Gypsy Vanner horses bring people together for special moments with family and cementing friendships, both old and new.

Calling all photographers!!

Photo submissions, fitting this year's theme, are being accepted now for cover consideration.

As with past years, the achievements of GVHS award winning members and horses will be featured in The Vanner.

These include:

Evaluation 5-Star, Gold Medallion of Quality, Versatility Medallion of Honor, Evaluation Hall of Fame,
Legion Awards of Excellence and Honor, Legion Hall of Fame

TOP 10 winners: Please review your photos from the past year and send in high resolution shots to best showcase your achievements!

IMPORTANT GVHS Reminders

GVHS MEMBERSHIP: GVHS Awards programs require GVHS Membership for the horse owner of record. Participating Youth and Amateur exhibitors must hold GVHS Membership. Amateur declarations must also be completed. Points for Breed Shows are not awarded retroactively so renew TODAY to maximize your 2023 points. Also note that to be eligible to vote in Board of Directors election and any other matters taken to a member vote, you must be a GENERAL or LIFETIME member in good standing and be the owner of record of a GVHS registered horse..
