Via Named 2023 Top Workplace

Via of the Lehigh Valley has been named a 2023 Top Workplace by The Morning Call. This honor is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection. The survey results ranked Via in third place for a Lehigh Valley mid-size employer.

"This award means so much because Via’s employees were the sole judge as to whether Via’s culture merits this recognition as a Top Workplace," said Lisa Walkiewicz, President/CEO of Via of the Lehigh Valley.

“These past few years have been very challenging, but because of our employees’ commitment, creativity, and innovative thinking, we continued to meet our mission to help the people we serve reach their goals. We are honored to be named a 2023 Top Workplace."

Daniel works as a laundry attendant at Holy Family Senior Living with the help of Via's Community Employment Services. He unloads linens from the dryer and folds them. His favorite part of the job is folding the linens -- something he has become quite an expert at doing. Daniel's job coach says he has become more efficient at his job tasks and improved his communication skills.

When Daniel isn’t working, he volunteers at the Bethlehem Library and Kirkridge Retreat Center and likes to take walks to keep healthy. Daniel enjoys earning a paycheck and being a part of his community.
