Jenna Trach was promoted to Human Resources Director. Jenna will supervise the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources department and programs, including employee relations, training, recruitment, benefits, affirmative action, and employment policy. Jenna has been with Via since 2018. During her tenure, she has built professional relationships with Via’s management team and has supported Via’s employees. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University in Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Misericordia University. She is professionally certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Casey Gross was promoted to Assistant Production Manager. Casey will help to ensure contract work is organized and efficiently distributed to Via’s Prevocational Workshop participants. He will also assist the production manager with strategies to improve workflow and quality management. Casey has an associate degree from Northampton Community College and has been with Via since 2016.
