Small Group Employment Participants Help Reynolds and Reynolds Electronics Meet Production Goals
Reynolds and Reynolds Electronics, located in Bethlehem, designs and manufactures battery backup systems that assure elevator passengers can safely exit an elevator car during a power outage. Through Via’s Small Group Employment Service, three Via participants help the company meet their production goals.

Reynolds and Reynolds Electronics continues to grow and needs dedicated employees to help with the assembly and packaging. They turned to Via’s Small Group Employment Service to help fill this need and couldn’t be happier with the result.

“We look forward to the days when Vickie, Jay and Tim are here,” said Fran, Reynolds and Reynolds Production Manager. “Their job responsibilities include pre-assembly, building and packing products, that are essential to our daily operations. They are dedicated and efficient employees.”

Vickie, Jay and Tim are an integral part of the Reynolds and Reynolds team and look forward to coming to work every day. If your business is looking for great employees to meet your goals, Via can help! To learn more, Click Here.
Via Staff and Participants Celebrate National Ugly Sweater Day
On Friday, December 17, Via celebrated National Ugly Sweater Day. Via’s staff and participants wore their favorite festive ugly sweaters to Via and participated in fun activities. We even held an ugly sweater contest among our staff. The winner got to take home a gift basket donated by Vista Autism Services!

Check out some of the pictures here to see a few of the awesome sweaters everyone wore to celebrate the occasion.
