Via of the Lehigh Valley will be closed Thursday and Friday so that our staff can celebrate the holiday with their friends and family.

CeCe is the youngest of three children in a very loving family. She has been fortunate to have amazing support staff since she was born. Via Early Intervention Special Instructor, Heather, has been no exception. 

CeCe's mother Kristi said "We are so grateful for all that Heather has done for us. She worked with our whole family on learning and incorporating sign language into our everyday life, providing CeCe with a total communication approach while stressing the importance of play. She is also a strong advocate for the disability community."

Sean, CeCe's father, believes early intervention services are vital for every child with developmental delays. "Because of Via's services, my expectations for CeCe are sky-high. I think she will be able to go college, have a job, and a great life."

For two years Via participant Sean worked at Lehigh Valley International Airport in a custodial role, developing into a dependable employee with a strong work ethic.

Sean expressed an interest in working more. With Via's help, he secured a new job that is giving him the opportunity to work additional hours and earn more money. The new job is enabling Sean to move into a better place to live.

Sean's story is just one example of how Via's Employment Services work with individuals to help them reach their employment and personal goals.

#GivingTuesday, the international day of giving, is right around the corner. The day encourages supporting non-profits at a grassroots level. There are two ways you can support Via of the Lehigh Valley on November 29.
